    This analytical overview presents the measures taken by EU member States' in the policy area of public service and human resource management, in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic crisis and how EU member States and selected OECD countries have managed the initial stage of the crisis with regard to the functioning of the government and the public administration.

    Civil Service Professionalisation in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine (SIGMA 2014)

    This report examines the professionalism of the civil service in five countries in the immediate eastern neighbourhood of the European Union – Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. For the purposes of the study, the narrow scope of public service is applied, covering the administrative bodies that are included in the scope of the civil service law at the level of central state administration.
