Monitoring reports

In 2015, SIGMA conducted baseline measurement reviews against the Principles of Public Administration in the EU Enlargement countries, and in 2016 in Moldova, resulting in eight detailed country reports. These reviews analysed how the countries were performing in the public administration reform (PAR) area, set baseline values for indicators and suggested detailed and sequenced reform recommendations. In 2016, a partial monitoring assessment was carried out in the EU Enlargement countries.
