Ministerial follow-up event - Achieving Administrative Simplification Through Evidence-based Policy Making in the Western Balkans I Documents
The second follow-up event after the Ministerial discussed the challenges of achieving administrative simplification through effective policy making, linking the results from the PDC and service delivery areas. The high-level conference was organised jointly with ReSPA, with senior officials from all Western Balkan administrations representing the centres of government, service delivery and policy making institutions and officials and experts from OECD and EU.

Ministerial follow-up event - Digital Government in the Western Balkans Presentations and documents I Video
This webinar focused on the key opportunities and challenges for governments in the area of digital transformation both now and in the future. Issues such as further digitalising services, investing in infrastructure, digital skills and competences, minding the digital gap, securing electronic identification, authentication and trust services were discussed with key digital actors from the Western Balkan region and the EU. Moreover, discussion of (business) process-related aspects encompassed the increase in inclusive (user-centric) design and use of e-services, the co-ordination of DT and quality assurance (monitoring) of public services and the cross fertilisation of the concept of integrated service delivery with crisis management and future (foresight strategies).
