SIGMA › Events › Workshop on recent trends in impact assessment in Europe -- Zagreb 14 June 2013
The purpose of the workshop is to enable lawyers from the Government Legislation Office and key officials involved in the negotiation of European laws (Regulations and Directives) on the possible use of impact assessment in the preparation of national positions prior to negotiations. The workshop also examines ways to review European Directives so as to ensure legal measures to implement them represent fully the principles and policies set out in the Directives.
