- The complexities and best practices of salary management in the public sector, guided by SIGMA's recent publication on public service salary systems and their reforms, with Lech Marcinkowski.
- Findings from the SIGMA 2024 Monitoring Reports, using the new Data Portal that reveal the need for targeted reforms in civil service compensation systems across the Western Balkans, with Blanca Lázaro.
- Presentations from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia on their national salary systems and potential reforms.
- Case studies: participants explored recent reforms in Croatia's and Slovenia’s civil service salary systems and discussed the challenges and strategies for successful implementation, with many thanks to Fadila Bahović and Peter Pogacar.
- Collaboration: attendees worked in groups to design potential salary reforms, fostering a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing and innovation, animated by Peter Vagi.
