Learning on quality management approach with CAF

Participants were invited to participate in the 10^th European CAF Users’ Event in Warsaw, organised by the Polish Presidency and the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) around the central topic of “Smart Governance: People-Centered, Efficiency-Driven”. The event focused on exchanging good practices on how CAF triggers reforms in the areas of empowering people, involving people and a changing organisational culture.

CAF correspondents are the ambassadors of CAF in their country. Hence having access to the network of European CAF correspondents is invaluable for the EaP countries. Several countries have established (or are in the process of) their correspondent and in this way ready to fully joining the network in the future to exchange on how to spread the CAF in their country, build capacity and make waves.
