The SIGMA Public Procurement Training Manual was first published in 2010. In February 2014, three new public procurement Directives were adopted by the European Union, which must be implemented in member states by April 2016. SIGMA has revised the Training Manual and the amended version is below, including a version which shows all of the changes made to the original as a result of the new Directives.
