SIGMA’s 6th IPA Regional Conference on Public Procurement brought together senior officials from EU candidate countries and potential candidates to discuss public procurement reform, with a particular focus this year on procurement in utilities and in the fields of defence and security. Each country will also share recent experiences in its national procurement system with other participants, 20-21 June 2013.
